Job Description:
Prescription Filling:
- Attend to doctor’s prescriptions, advise patients on dosage, and dispense drugs according to the prescription.
- Cross-check and acknowledge bills, ensuring accuracy in patient name, items, quantity, and expiry.
Customer Service:
- Counsel patients/customers on health and medication reactions.
- Maintain good relations with customers/doctors and oversee timely home deliveries.
Cold Chain Management:
- Ensure proper storage of drugs under refrigeration and security.
Inventory Management & Sales:
- Enter stocks in the computer, maintain records for out-of-stock items, and focus on achieving pharmacy sales targets.
- Perform daily verification of fast-moving items and check the quantity, MRP, batch number, and expiry date of received items.
Compensation & Benefits: This position offers competitive pay, benefits, and attractive incentives. Eligibility is for candidates with D. Pharm/B Pharm/M.Pharm qualification with a valid PCI License.
Qualification: D. Pharm/B Pharm/M.Pharm registered with the PCI ONLY.
Experience: Freshers/Relevant Pharmacy retail experience up to Supervisor Level.
