Role Overview: CRF Specialist Apprentice

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Management: Assist in transcribing study data into Case Report Forms (CRFs).
• Database Entry: Ensure accurate and timely clinical data entry into study databases.
• Quality Assurance: Work closely with quality control teams to maintain data accuracy and consistency.
• Sponsor Coordination: Support sponsor monitoring visits and address data queries.
• Process Improvement: Continuously look for ways to enhance efficiency and quality in clinical data management.

Qualifications & Skills Required

Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences (BSc.) or Pharmacy (B Pharm) from a recognized university.
• Pharmacy: B Pharm, M.Pharm, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmacology
• Life Sciences: Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Biomedical Sciences, Molecular Biology, Genetics, Clinical Research

Preferred Skills:

• Strong English communication skills (written & verbal).
• Basic understanding of Clinical Research methodologies.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Flexibility to work overtime or weekends when required.
