Job Description
Role: Research Associate & Research Scientist Location: Hyderabad Experience: 4 to 10+ years Qualification: PhD, Masters in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Extensive human stem cell biology hands-on experience, including derivation, maintenance, and differentiation of iPSCs into cardiac/hepatic lineages.
- Sound understanding of molecular biology techniques such as high-end live microscopy, PCRs, Western blots, ELISA, DNA/RNA isolation, high throughput drug screening, and electrophysiology (MEA).
- Support for the implementation of guidelines for good lab practices in biology, building and expanding biology capabilities, including new technology.
- Writing scientific reports, SOPs, and manuscripts.
- Data analysis, prepare, review, and present weekly updates/presentations for internal meetings.
- Scientific excellence demonstrated in publications & patents.
