Job Role & Responsibilities

As part of the Analytical Method Development team within the Formulation AR&D division, selected candidates will work on cutting-edge analytical development projects for small molecule formulations. Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and optimize analytical methods such as Assay, Dissolution, and Related Substances for drug products.
• Execute method validation and transfer activities in alignment with ICH, USP, and EP guidelines.
• Conduct impurity profiling, degradation studies, and stability-indicating method development.
• Prepare comprehensive Method Development Reports, Equivalency Reports, and Standard Test Procedures (STPs).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot analytical issues during routine testing and stability studies.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, and regulatory documentation standards.
• Stay updated on current trends and advancements in analytical technologies and regulatory frameworks.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Education: M.Pharm / M.Sc in Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Analysis, or related specialization.
• Experience: 3 to 8 years in Analytical Method Development within Formulation R&D.
• Core Skills:
  • Proficiency in operating HPLC, UPLC, GC, and Dissolution Apparatus.
  • Familiarity with chromatographic software like Empower, Chromeleon, or OpenLab.
  • Strong understanding of ICH Q2, USP, EP, JP guidelines.
  • Sound knowledge of analytical data interpretation, validation protocols, and stability testing.
