Job Role & Responsibilities
Department: Analytical Quality Assurance (AQA)
Location: Jadcherla, Unit-7 (OSD Formulation)
Experience: 4–8 years
Education: M.Pharm / B.Pharm / M.Sc
As a part of the AQA team, you will ensure that analytical data generated by the laboratory meets the highest quality and compliance standards, supporting product integrity and regulatory submissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review analytical data and ensure adherence to cGMP and GLP standards.
- Handle investigations related to OOS (Out of Specification), OOT (Out of Trend), deviations, and incidents.
- Support CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) implementation.
- Ensure analytical method validation and transfer documentation compliance.
- Participate in laboratory audits and quality reviews.
- Maintain thorough documentation and ensure data integrity throughout QA processes.
- Collaborate with production, QC, and regulatory teams to maintain seamless quality operations.
Eligibility / Qualifications
Required Educational Qualifications:
- M.Pharm (Pharmaceutical Analysis, Quality Assurance, Pharmaceutics)
- B.Pharm (Pharmacy)
- M.Sc (Analytical Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, or related Life Sciences fields)
Experience:
4–8 years of relevant experience in Analytical QA (AQA) with a mandatory background in OSD (Oral Solid Dosage) formulations.
Preferred Skills:
- Expertise in analytical QA and documentation review.
- Sound understanding of OOS, OOT, deviation, and CAPA processes.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in quality systems and cGMP regulations.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
