Position:
Quality Control – Officer (API)
Location:
Udaipur, Rajasthan
Qualifications Required:
- BSc, MSc, B.Tech, or M.Tech in a relevant field.
- Strong knowledge of HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography) and GC (Gas Chromatography).
Experience Required:
- 3 to 6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry (API).
Key Responsibilities
- Â Perform a variety of routine and some non-routine tasks.
- Responsible for training in QC dept.
- To performs the calibration of all instruments if applicable.
- preparation/Review of SOPs, Formats, QC related document,Specification,STPs, Qualification documents and Stability protocols.
- Attend to daily routine and unplanned unit activities.
- Responsible for investigation of OOS,OOT,Deviation and complaints.
- For making effective the Pharmacopoeial updates of procedures.
- Ensure cGMP/GLP is followed at all stages of operation in QC.
- Ensure all safety precautions are taken during Material handling.
- Review the instrumentation/Equipment usage log book.
- Perform the investigation at QC in case of customer complaint/ product non conformity.
- Ensure segregation of non conforming product as and when they are generated under
Supervision of QA. - Ensure calibrated instruments are used in QC.
- Perform internal quality audit based on the internal audit schedule.
- Any other responsibility as and when delegated by HOD/Management.
