Job Role & Responsibilities

The IPQA Executive will be responsible for ensuring real-time quality assurance oversight during manufacturing operations. The role requires close interaction with production, quality control, and validation teams to maintain compliance and product quality.

Key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring compliance with cGMP, regulatory guidelines, and internal quality systems
• Conducting in-process quality checks during manufacturing activities
• Monitoring shop floor activities and ensuring adherence to approved procedures
• Reviewing and approving Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and related documentation
• Identifying deviations and supporting investigation and corrective actions
• Coordinating with Production, QA, and QC teams for quality-related issues
• Supporting audits, inspections, and internal quality reviews
• Maintaining accurate documentation and data integrity practices

This role directly contributes to product quality, regulatory compliance, and patient safety within pharmaceutical manufacturing operations.

Eligibility / Qualifications

Candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Educational Qualification: B.Pharm or M.Pharm
• Experience: 2 to 5 years of relevant IPQA experience
• Strong understanding of cGMP guidelines and regulatory requirements
• Experience in in-process quality assurance within formulation plants
• Good documentation practices and attention to detail

Relevant Courses Accepted:
B.Pharmacy, M.Pharmacy

Immediate joiners with relevant IPQA exposure will be preferred.
