Job Role & Responsibilities

As a Clinical Research Associate, you will be directly involved in clinical study execution and documentation activities. Key responsibilities include:

• Execution of assigned BA/BE studies as per approved SOPs and applicable regulatory guidelines
• Preparation, compilation, and maintenance of essential documents in the Trial Master File (TMF)
• Review of Case Report Forms (CRFs) and raw clinical data for accuracy and completeness
• Accountability and review of study-related documents to ensure regulatory compliance
• Preparation of clinical updates and coordination with bioanalytical and biostatistics teams
• Compliance with Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) observations
• Presentation of informed consent and obtaining consent during screening and study phases
• Performing subject registration, screening, and study-related activities
• Preparation and review of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Training of study staff as required
• Supporting pharmacy-related activities during clinical studies
• Performing additional responsibilities delegated by the Head CR, Principal Investigator, or Operations Manager

Eligibility / Qualifications

Candidates applying for this role must meet the following criteria:

Educational Qualification:
B.Pharm, M.Sc (Life Sciences or related disciplines)

Experience:
1 to 2+ years of relevant experience in clinical research or BA/BE study execution

Key Skills & Knowledge:

• Understanding of BA/BE study processes
• Knowledge of GCP and regulatory guidelines
• Clinical documentation and TMF management
• SOP compliance and data integrity practices
• Good communication and coordination skills

Immediate joiners will be given preference.
