Job Openings & Eligibility Criteria

1. Quality Assurance (IPQA)

Position: Executive & Senior Executive
Qualification: B Pharm / M.Pharm / MSc
Experience: 3 to 9 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct line clearances for manufacturing activities (dispensing, manufacturing, visual inspection, packing, and dispatch).
• Collect and submit in-process, finished product, stability, and cleaning samples.
• Perform AQL inspections and periodic checks on control samples.
• Review batch manufacturing and packing records.
• Prepare and evaluate defect sets for visual inspection and qualification of inspectors.
• Handle QMS elements such as CAPA, Change Control, and Deviation Management.

2. Production – Pharma

a) Officer & Senior Officer

Qualification: Diploma / BSc
Experience: 2 to 6 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and clean vial washing machines, depyrogenation tunnels, sterilization systems, and filling machines.
• Manage lyophilizers with Auto Loading & Unloading Systems (ALUS).
• Oversee aseptic process activities, filling and sealing procedures, and media fill activities.
• Supervise manufacturing and compounding activities in compliance with GMP.

b) Executive & Senior Executive

Qualification: M.Pharm / B Pharm
Experience: 2 to 7 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute manufacturing, filtration, filling, lyophilization, sealing, and other production processes.
• Plan and supervise batch manufacturing and filter integrity testing.
• Monitor Non-Viable Particle Counts (NVPC) and trending.
• Perform documentation and compliance checks on the shop floor.
• Execute aseptic media fill simulations and intervention activities.
