1. Production (Injectables)
Designation: Officer / Sr. Officer / Executive / Sr. Executive
Qualification: M.Pharmacy / B Pharmacy / MSc / Diploma / BSc
Key Responsibilities:
Compounding, filtration, and aseptic filling
Lyophilization, washing, sealing operations
Execution of pre- and post-production documentation
Candidates with isolator handling experience are preferred
2. Quality Assurance – IPQA
Designation: Executive to Dy. Manager
Qualification: M.Pharmacy / B Pharmacy / MSc (Life Science) / B.Tech / M.Tech (Biotechnology)
Key Responsibilities:
Line clearance and review of SOPs, BMRs, validations
Handling of deviations, CAPA, OOS, and OOT investigations
QMS documentation and batch release for Drug Product & Drug Substance
Oversight of bulk viral antigen production and media fill process monitoring
3. Quality Assurance – Validation
Designation: Officer / Executive / Sr. Executive
Qualification: M.Pharmacy / B Pharmacy / MSc / B.Tech
Key Responsibilities:
Drafting and executing qualification and validation protocols
Reviewing maintenance schedules and calibration certificates
Ensuring equipment compliance in coordination with the Engineering team
Experience in GxP documentation and logbook audits preferred
4. Quality Control (Biologics/Vaccines)
Designation: Executive to Assistant Manager
Qualification: MSc (Life Science) / B.Tech / M.Tech (Biotechnology)
Functional Areas:
a) Biochemical Assays:
Analysis of polysaccharides, proteins, nucleic acids, aluminum content
Method validation, ALCDA principles, and documentation practices
Handling deviations (OOS/OOT)
b) Instrumentation Testing:
Instrument-based assays using HPLC, UV, KF, etc.
Size, purity, and aggregate analysis with 21 CFR Part 11 compliance
c) Virology Testing:
In-vitro viral testing of raw m
aterials and finished products
Experience in stability studies and QC release for viral vaccines
