Roles and Requirements

Production – Pharma Division

Position: Officer & Senior Officer

• Qualification: Diploma / BSc.
• Experience: 2–6 years
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and clean vial washing machines, depyrogenation tunnels, and automatic vial filling and sealing machines.
  • Execute aseptic processing activities, including aseptic techniques, media filling, and sealing operations.
  • Operate autoclaves, terminal sterilizers, and cleanroom machinery.
  • Conduct manufacturing, compounding, and filling activities as per schedules.

Position: Executive & Senior Executive

• Qualification: M.Pharm / B Pharm
• Experience: 2–7 years
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee batch manufacturing, filtration, filling, and lyophilization activities.
  • Plan and execute aseptic media simulations and document activities.
  • Provide training and monitor personnel to ensure adherence to quality standards.

Quality Control (QC)

Position: Executive

• Qualification: B Pharm / MSc.
• Experience: 3–6 years
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform assays for Heparin sodium and Enoxaparin sodium.
  • Conduct analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
  • Utilize advanced analytical instruments, including HPLC/GC, AAS, ICPMS, and NMR.
  • Ensure documentation aligns with compliance requirements.

Microbiology

Position: Associate (Freshers)

• Qualification: MSc. in Microbiology/Biotechnology
• Experience: Fresh graduates from 2023–2024 with a minimum of 60% marks.
• Key Skills:
  • Proficiency in basic microbiology techniques.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

Position: Executive

• Qualification: MSc. in Microbiology/Biotechnology
• Experience: 2–5 years
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform environmental monitoring of aseptic areas.
  • Manage water sampling, utility monitoring, and trend preparation.
