Job Role & Responsibilities

Production Formulations (Vaccines)

Blending

• Execute formulation activities as per shift plans
• Operate autoclaves, blending vessels, CIP (Clean-In-Place) and SIP (Sterilization-In-Place) systems
• Ensure compliance with GMP and sterile manufacturing practices

Filling

• Manage aseptic filling operations
• Operate tunnel sterilizers, filling and capping machines
• Maintain cleanroom standards and contamination control

Packing & Labelling

• Operate vial labeling machines and VVM dot systems
• Handle batch coding using Videojet and Control Print printers
• Manage Track & Trace systems for product identification
• Monitor cold storage conditions including freezer and cold room temperatures

Engineering (Biologics)

Process Equipment

• Perform breakdown and preventive maintenance of production equipment
• Maintain vial washing, filling, capping, autoclave, and labeling machines
• Handle lyophilization systems and jacketed vessels
• Maintain fermentors and bioreactors

Instrumentation

• Handle BMS (Building Management Systems)
• Perform calibration and preventive maintenance
• Troubleshoot PLC and SCADA systems
• Support AMC activities and engineering projects
