1. QA – IPQA Department

Position: Trainee Officer to Sr. Officer
Experience Required: 1 to 4 years
Qualification: B Pharm, BSc, MSc
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform in-process quality assurance (IPQA) activities
- Conduct documentation reviews and compliance checks
- Monitor production activities for adherence to SOPs and GMP guidelines
- Handle deviations, CAPAs, and change controls
- Participate in internal audits and regulatory inspections

2. Production – Compression & Granulation

Position: Officer to Sr. Officer
Experience Required: 1 to 4 years
Qualification: B Pharm
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee tablet compression and granulation processes
- Ensure adherence to batch manufacturing records (BMR)
- Monitor production parameters to maintain quality standards
- Coordinate with QA & QC teams for in-process checks
- Implement GMP and safety guidelines in the production area
