Position Details – Quality Assurance IPQA (OSD Formulation)
Department: Quality Assurance – IPQA
Designation: Officer to Executive
Location: Rajoda, Sarkhej-Bavla Highway, Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Experience: 2 to 6 Years
Educational Qualification: B Pharm / BSc / MSc
Formulation Experience: Mandatory experience in Oral Solid Dosage (OSD)
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform in-process quality checks during manufacturing and packing activities.
- Monitor GMP compliance on the shop floor and ensure adherence to SOPs.
- Conduct line clearance activities for manufacturing and packaging operations.
- Handle documentation work including BMR/BPR review and deviations handling.
- Coordinate with production and QC teams to ensure quality standards are met at all stages.
- Report real-time quality issues and assist in investigation and implementation of CAPAs.
