Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

• For AR&D (Analytical Research & Development) Department:
  • B. Pharmacy or M. Pharmacy (Analysis only)
  • MSc. in Organic Chemistry/Analytical Chemistry
• For Synthesis R&D Department:
  • MSc. in Organic Chemistry/Analytical Chemistry

Job Responsibilities

AR&D (Analytical Research & Development):

• Hands-on experience with analytical instruments like HPLC and GC
• Conduct method validation experiments
• Maintain good academic knowledge and strong communication skills
• Perform analytical testing and document findings in laboratory notebooks

Synthesis R&D:

• Conduct chemical synthesis experiments under guidance
• Develop new synthetic routes for APIs
• Maintain lab records and comply with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP)
• Work collaboratively with the R&D team to improve formulations
