Key Responsibilities
As a General Manager – ADL Formulation, you will:
- Strategize and Supervise Analytical Method Development:
- Plan, review, and approve daily activities for analytical method development, validation, and verification.
- Regulatory Compliance and Documentation:
- Review and approve validation data, protocols, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with pharmacopeias and respond to regulatory/customer queries.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Provide analytical support for PWG-I, PWG-II, and PWG-III groups.
- Coordinate with cross-functional HODs to meet project timelines.
- Laboratory and Resource Management:
- Maintain GLP standards in the lab.
- Oversee timely procurement of lab consumables and manage AR lab Capex.
- Technology Transfer:
- Review and approve technology transfer protocols and reports.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Educational Background:
- A degree in BSc, MSc, B Pharm, or M Pharm.
- Experience:
- A minimum of 9-15 years in analytical development for formulations.
- Skill Set:
- Expertise in method validation and regulatory compliance.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
