Job Overview
Position: Production Manager – Injection
Location: Udaipur, Rajasthan
Qualification: B Pharm/M.Pharm
Experience: Minimum 10 to 15 years in injectable formulations, with hands-on experience in small volume injection manufacturing and lyophilizer line operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manufacturing Excellence
- Lead and manage small volume injection (SVI) manufacturing and packing activities.
- Ensure production targets are met in compliance with regulatory norms.
- Team & Resource Optimization
- Optimize manpower and machinery utilization for maximum productivity.
- Drive efforts to reduce waste and minimize rejects.
- Regulatory Compliance
- Maintain and ensure all departmental records/documents comply with regulatory standards.
- Oversee CAPA implementation, market complaint resolution, and quality indices like batch failures and lab errors.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with engineering, QC, QA, and SCM departments to address and resolve production issues.
Candidate Profile
- Qualification: A degree in B Pharm, M Pharm.
- Experience: 10-15 years in injectable formulation with expertise in lyophilizer line operations.
- Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and an in-depth understanding of regulatory compliance.
