Roles & Responsibilities

• Synthesize materials at mg to kg scale under non-GMP conditions.
• Develop, optimize, and scale up chemical reactions.
• Work on complex synthetic pathways for new chemical entities (NCEs).
• Maintain proper documentation as per industry standards.
• Follow lab safety protocols and ensure quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective project execution.

Required Skill Set

• Hands-on experience in organic synthesis and handling various analytical techniques.
• Knowledge of modern chromatographic and spectroscopic techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to optimize reaction conditions.
• Experience with purification techniques and compound characterization.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented research environment
