Job Description

As a Deputy Manager in PV MICC at Cipla LIMITED, you will play a crucial role in overseeing day-to-day operations for PV Global MICC activities. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing Adverse Event (AE) and Product Quality Complaint (PQC) calls, particularly from the US region.
• Handling and tracking daily queries from MICC for Adverse Event, Medical Information, and Product Quality Complaint.
• Managing MICC-related procedures and documentation.
• Conducting Monthly Quality reviews of MICC cases for accuracy, quality, and overall process compliance.
• Evaluating performance using key metrics such as accuracy and call-waiting time.
• Demonstrating competency in medical and therapeutic terminology.

About the Department & Responsibilities

Department: Pharmacovigilance MICC
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Purpose: Oversee day-to-day PV Global MICC activities, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with procedures.

Accountabilities:

• Manage AE and PQC calls, specifically from the US region.
• Track daily queries and ensure timely responses.
• Oversee MICC procedures and maintain documentation.
• Conduct Monthly Quality reviews for process improvement.
• Evaluate performance metrics for continuous enhancement.
• Demonstrate proficiency in medical and therapeutic terminology.

Education Qualification: Degree in Life Science/Pharma with 3 to 5 years’ experience in PV. Minimum 2+ years’ experience in drug safety as part of the Medical Information Call Centre Team.
