Job Description
As a Deputy Manager in PV Vendor Management at Cipla, you will be at the forefront of ensuring successful relationships with the client’s vendor network. Your key responsibilities include:
- Performing vendor qualification for PV activities in coordination with operations.
- Creating, tracking, and managing contracts with PV service providers.
- Coordinating with operations to ensure timely initiation and closure of PR/PO for vendors.
- Providing oversight for PV service providers to ensure SLA and project compliance.
- Planning and implementing transitions for PV-related activities within defined timelines.
About the Department & Responsibilities
Department: PV Vendor Management
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Purpose: Develop and maintain successful relationships with the client’s vendor network, ensuring compliance with SLAs and project timelines.
Accountabilities:
- Vendor qualification and oversight for PV activities.
- Contract management with PV service providers.
- Coordination with operations for PR/PO initiation and closure.
- Planning and implementing transitions for PV-related activities.
Education Qualification: Degree in Life Science/Pharma with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in PV, including 2+ years in vendor management.
