    Cipla, a global pharmaceutical leader committed to “Caring for Life”, is conducting a walk-in interview for Production (API) roles. This hiring drive is aimed at experienced candidates who are passionate about pharmaceutical manufacturing and want to contribute to quality-driven, impactful work. The interviews will take place at Cipla Ltd’s Unit-III facility in Kurkumbh, Pune, on 26th April 2025 (Saturday).

    Walk-In Interview Details

    Job Location: Kurkumbh, Pune

    Available Positions

    1. Operator Production – API

    Designation: Executive / Sr. Executive

    Department: Production – API

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Execute unit operations and processes in API manufacturing
    • Operate equipment like centrifuges, reactors, filters, and dryers
    • Perform production activities as per Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and SOPs
    • Clean and maintain equipment and production areas per cGMP and EHS standards
    • Handle raw materials and intermediates according to procedures
    • Report abnormalities or breakdowns immediately to the shift in-charge

    Qualifications & Experience:

    Education: Diploma in Chemical Engineering or BSc in Chemistry

    Experience: 1 to 3 years in API manufacturing

    2. Officer Production – API

    Designation: Sr. Executive

    Department: Production – API

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Operate and monitor API manufacturing equipment like reactors, centrifuges, and dryers
    • Maintain production hygiene and follow cGMP standards
    • Record process parameters and report any deviations
    • Handle raw materials and coordinate with QA, QC, maintenance, and warehouse teams
    • Follow all procedures, safety protocols, and participate in audits and training sessions

    Qualifications & Experience:

    Education: BE/B.Tech in Chemical Engineering

    Experience: 2 to 6 years in API production
