Job Role & Responsibilities
The Associate Healthcare Research & Data Analyst will contribute to market intelligence, competitive analysis, and healthcare forecasting projects focused on medical device therapy areas. The role blends research, analytics, financial modeling, and report writing.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as subject-matter contributor for cardiovascular and other medical device markets.
- Conduct primary research by interviewing industry participants and medical professionals.
- Analyze financial reports, regulatory filings, and government publications to extract market-relevant data.
- Use proprietary research repositories to generate client-ready strategic insights.
- Develop market models integrating qualitative insights and quantitative datasets.
- Forecast healthcare and medical device markets using macroeconomic and micro-level drivers.
- Identify trends, patterns, and outliers through time-series analysis and data visualization.
- Analyze large datasets using advanced Excel functions, pivot tables, and structured modeling techniques.
- Prepare comprehensive research reports and client presentations.

Educational Background

Experience & Skills
- 0–1 years of relevant experience in healthcare research, consulting, or analytics.
- Familiarity with at least one medical device therapy area preferred.
- Knowledge of market research methodologies and forecasting techniques.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and structured datasets.
- Strong analytical thinking and quantitative reasoning skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
