Job Role and Responsibilities
The Senior Associate – MICC plays an important role in handling medical information requests, pharmacovigilance case intake, and product complaint management within the organization’s Medical Information Contact Center.
Professionals in this role interact directly with healthcare professionals and consumers to capture safety information, resolve product-related concerns, and ensure regulatory reporting compliance.
Medical Information and Customer Support
• Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails related to medical inquiries, adverse events, and product complaints
