Job Role: Clinical Research Associate

Parexel is seeking skilled Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) to join their dynamic team in Bengaluru. This role involves monitoring clinical trials, ensuring compliance with study protocols, and contributing to developing life-saving therapies.

Key Responsibilities

Site Management & Monitoring

• Act as Parexel’s primary contact with assigned clinical sites.
• Oversee study implementation, ensuring adherence to protocols.
• Conduct site visits (qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out).
• Identify and resolve site-related issues, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of adverse events and deviations.

Regulatory & Compliance

• Maintain site documentation in compliance with ICH-GCP and regulatory guidelines.
• Support sites with study-related training and ensure readiness for audits.
• Evaluate site recruitment plans and provide recommendations for improvements.

Data Management & Quality Control

• Review data entry status and resolve any discrepancies.
• Ensure the timely completion of study milestones and goals.
• Monitor site performance and propose corrective actions when necessary.

Qualifications & Experience Required

Educational Background

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Biological Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or other health-related disciplines.

Experience Level

• Freshers with relevant educational backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with prior experience in clinical research or site management will be preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS) and MS Office.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to travel extensively as required.
