Clinical Trial Assistant Opportunity at ImmunoACT – Navi Mumbai

This opportunity is ideal for MSc Life Sciences graduates with over 2 years of experience in clinical operations within the biopharma or biotech industry.

Key Responsibilities

As a Clinical Trial Assistant, you’ll play a pivotal role in clinical operations supporting CAR-T therapies. Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate training sessions for hospital staff (nurses, clinicians) on CAR-T infusion processes.
  • Support clinical operations at hospital sites and manage effective stakeholder communication.
  • Monitor and document patient enrollment and follow-up activities.
  • Maintain accurate site visit reports and manage site-related queries.
  • Assist in courier coordination and vendor invoice processing with the accounts team.
  • Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to resolve study-related issues.

Required Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Master’s degree in Life Sciences or related field
  • Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in clinical operations in biotech or pharmaceutical industries
  • Knowledge Requirements:
    • Clinical trial regulations and GCP guidelines
    • Drug development and trial design processes
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
    • Analytical thinking, problem-solving mindset
    • Ability to multitask and manage projects under pressure
