Job Role Overview: QA (IPQA) – Sr. Officer / Executive

Department: IPQA (In-Process Quality Assurance)

Designation: Sr. Officer / Executive

Experience Required: 3 to 6 Years

Qualification: B. Pharm / MSc

Location: Plot No. 503, Village Bhayla, Bavla Bagodara Highway, Taluka Bavla, District Ahmedabad, Gujarat – 382220

Preferred Background: Candidates with prior experience in OSD (Oral Solid Dosage) plants

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting in-process quality checks during various stages of OSD manufacturing
• Managing line clearance, batch record review, and ensuring GMP compliance
• Monitoring manufacturing practices and reporting deviations or incidents
• Performing sampling activities and ensuring timely documentation
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams for audit readiness and compliance support
• Reviewing GMP documentation, SOPs, and contributing to continuous improvement

Candidate Profile & Requirements

• Strong understanding of IPQA protocols, manufacturing operations, and GMP guidelines
• Experience in handling OSD manufacturing processes
• Familiarity with regulatory expectations, quality audits, and documentation practices
• Ability to work collaboratively with production and QA teams
• Minimum 3 years
• of pharma experience in a QA/IPQA role is mandatory
