Role Overview: HCC Coder for Quality Analyst, Senior Coder

Key Responsibilities

As an HCC coder, you will:

• Experience in Coding specialty HCC coding
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
• Familiarity with ICD-10 codes and procedures
• Good in oral and written communication skills
• Should have 1+ years’ experience in HCC Coding

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 1+ years of HCC coding experience.
• Proven knowledge of ICD-10 codes, procedures, and compliance guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or a related field (preferred).
• Certified in medical coding focusing on HCC (e.g., CPC, CCS, or CRC certification is a plus).
