Job Role: Clinical Research Associate (CRA)
Key Responsibilities:
Regulatory & Ethics Committee Coordination
- Prepare and submit Ethics Committee and regulatory dossiers for clinical trials.
- Ensure compliance with local regulatory guidelines and timely registration of clinical trials.
- Handle protocol amendments and additional site notifications.
Clinical Trial Site Management
- Set up trial sites and ensure availability of investigational medicinal products (IMPs).
- Conduct site visits, including initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits.
- Manage case report forms (CRFs) and ensure accurate data collection.
- Perform source data verification and resolve site-related queries.
Investigational Product & Supply Management
- Track and manage investigational products and ensure compliance with ICH-GCP guidelines.
- Coordinate logistics for clinical trial materials and investigational drugs.
Coordination and Reporting
- Liaise with investigators and clinical sites for smooth trial execution.
- Monitor trial progress and ensure timely completion of study milestones.
- Escalate and resolve issues arising during the clinical trial process.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of investigator agreements and site selection.
- Support clinical operations and documentation.
Desired Candidate Profile
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Optometry, Pharmacy, Clinical Research, or Pharmacology.
- Candidates with MSc, BSc in Life Sciences are also encouraged to apply.
Experience Required:
- Freshers: Candidates with basic clinical research knowledge are welcome.
- Experienced Professionals: 1+ years in clinical trial management, regulatory compliance, or data collection will be preferred.
Essential Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and coordination abilities.
- Familiarity with ICH-GCP, regulatory guidelines, and SOPs.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
