Position: Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC)

Key Responsibilities

• Patient Screening & Recruitment: Identify and enroll eligible participants for clinical trials.
• Informed Consent Process: Ensure participants understand the study before obtaining consent.
• Study Coordination: Assist in trial execution, including scheduling visits and monitoring adherence.
• Regulatory Compliance: Follow ICH-GCP, CDSCO, and other regulatory guidelines.
• Data Collection & Reporting: Maintain accurate records and enter data into study databases.
• Safety Monitoring: Report adverse events and ensure patient safety.
• Investigational Product & Sample Handling: Manage clinical trial supplies and biological samples.
• Communication & Collaboration: Coordinate with investigators, sponsors, and study teams.
• Training & Development: Participate in clinical research training programs.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: BSc, MSc (Life Sciences), B Pharm, M.Pharm
• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
• Technical Skills: Data entry, MS Office, regulatory documentation
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, attention to detail, multitasking ability
