Job Role & Responsibilities
1. Team Member – Quality Control (QC)
- Experience: 5–8 Years
- Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry / Analytical Chemistry)
- Key Skills: HPLC, UPLC, Wet Analysis, KF, UV, Auto Titrator, TLC, cGMP documentation.
- Responsibilities:
- Conduct wet and instrumental analysis of APIs and intermediates.
- Handle analytical instruments as per SOP and ensure calibration compliance.
- Perform routine testing, raw material analysis, and stability studies.
- Maintain accurate analytical records as per regulatory and GLP requirements.
2. Team Member – API Production
- Experience: 2–5 Years
- Qualification: Diploma / B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Technology).
- Responsibilities:
- Execute manufacturing operations in cleanroom and controlled areas per cGMP.
- Record batch data in BPR, e-BPR, and ensure timely submission to QA.
- Operate isolators and key process equipment safely.
- Support Lean Manufacturing and TPM initiatives for process efficiency.
3. Team Member – EHS (Environment, Health & Safety)
- Experience: 2–6 Years
- Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech (Chemical / Environmental / Industrial Safety).
- Responsibilities:
- Conduct EHS audits, safety drills, and risk assessments.
- Deliver safety training sessions to teams.
- Ensure process safety compliance in accordance with internal and statutory standards.
- Promote a zero-incident, sustainable work culture.

- Education: Diploma, B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Tech
