Job Role: Associate, Clinical Trial Project Manager (CTPM)
The Clinical Trial Project Manager (CTPM) Associate will lead cross-functional teams to execute clinical trials successfully. This role requires expertise in clinical trial project management, risk assessment, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
Project Management & Execution
- Develop and execute local, regional, and global clinical trials using project management tools and methodologies.
- Scope & Timeline Management: Monitor project scope and timelines, ensuring trials are delivered on time.
- Risk Mitigation & Contingency Planning: Identify trial risks and develop proactive strategies.
- Budget Tracking: Manage trial-level budgets and financial tracking tools.
Stakeholder & Team Coordination
- Lead cross-functional study teams throughout trial execution.
- Manage relationships with affiliates, investigators, and third-party organizations (TPOs).
- Oversee training programs for affiliates and site teams.
Regulatory & Clinical Compliance
- Ensure regulatory compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and industry regulations.
- Maintain trial inspection readiness and ensure adherence to clinical documentation processes.
- Collaborate with regulatory agencies, providing scientific and technical expertise.
Qualifications & Experience
Required Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Clinical Research, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or related fields.
Experience & Skills
- Clinical trial management experience with knowledge of global and regional regulatory requirements.
- Strong project management skills, including budgeting, timeline tracking, and risk mitigation.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and project management tools.
