Key Skills

• Cell Culture: Sound knowledge, particularly Caco-2 and MDCK cell lines.
• Assays: Experience in Caco-2 and MDCK cell assays for bi-directional permeability determination.
• ADME Studies: Plan and conduct various in vitro ADME studies, including metabolism, drug-drug interactions, and permeability.
• Data Management: Record raw data, acquisition, compilation, analysis, and interpretation.
• Documentation: Preparation of study plans, data compilation, interpretation, and study reports. Revision and implementation of SOPs, forms, and formats as per GLP needs.
• LC-MS/MS: Knowledge of LC-MS/MS-based analysis, sample processing, and handling of LC-MS/MS instruments.
