Job Role & Responsibilities
Production Department
Designation: Officer / Supervisor
Areas: Coating, Compression, Granulation
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor pharma production machinery including coating, compression, and granulation.
- Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and GMP guidelines.
- Maintain documentation and batch production records.
- Coordinate with QA and maintenance teams to achieve daily production targets.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality.
Maintenance Department
Designation: Officer / Senior Officer
Areas: HVAC, Water System, PLC Validation, DMS, Utilities, and Documentation
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of critical plant systems.
- Manage HVAC systems, Water Purification Units, PLC controls, and Electrical Panels.
- Conduct validation and calibration activities as per schedule.
- Document maintenance logs, calibration reports, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Support cross-functional training and audits.
Eligibility / Qualifications
