Job Role & Responsibilities

Felix Generics is hiring for multiple departments as detailed below:

Production – OSD & Liquids

Officer / Executive (2–7 Years)

• Granulation, compression, and packing operations.
• Handling material movement, electronic batch records, and BMR/BPR review.
• Manage machine alarms, change control, deviations, and OMS.
• Preparation of BOPs, daily production reports, and manpower handling.

Technician – OSD / Liquids / Pellets (0–5 Years)

• Operate granulation, compression, liquid manufacturing, and primary packing lines.
• Bottle packing on CVC lines and liquid filling operations.
• Equipment cleaning, changeover, and documentation.

Quality Control

Validation Analyst / Officer / Executive (4–7 Years)

• Analytical method validation, method transfer, and cleaning validation.
• Operation of analytical instruments including HPLC, GC, UV, FTIR, Dissolution.
• Review of analytical data and laboratory documentation.

Microbiology – Injectable QC (2–6 Years)

• Microbiological testing including sterility, BET, MLT, and environmental monitoring.
• Method validation and documentation as per GMP.

Quality Assurance

IPQA Officer / Executive (2–6 Years)

• In-process quality assurance for manufacturing and packing operations.
• Review of BMR, BPR, and audit documentation.
• Handling deviations, OOS, incidents, and investigations.

Analytical QA – Officer / Executive (2–6 Years)

• Review analytical data of raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
• Support investigations and compliance activities.

• Prepare and review technology transfer documents and reports.

Technician / Senior Technician – Plant Maintenance (6–8 Years)

• Preventive and breakdown maintenance of injectable plant equipment.
• Maintain schedules, training records, and protocols.

Technician / Senior Technician – HVAC & Water Systems (6–8 Years)

• Preventive and breakdown maintenance of HVAC and water systems.
• Documentation and compliance with injectable plant standards.

Required Education

M.Pharm, B.Pharm, MSc, BSc, Diploma, ITI (Electrical / Mechanical / Instrumentation)

Relevant Courses (comma-separated):
Pharmacy, Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Technology, Chemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering

Experience Requirement

• 0 to 12 years depending on role
• Mandatory exposure to USFDA/EU-GMP regulated pharmaceutical plants
