Job Role & Responsibilities
As an Associate STEM Content Analyst, you will take responsibility for analysing and interpreting scientific and clinical research information to support Clarivate’s drug development data products. Your work will involve:
- Evaluating drug-related references, including clinical trials, regulatory data from FDA/EMA, company press releases and scientific announcements.
- Identifying new drugs, development stages, target diseases, mechanisms of action, formulations and organizations involved in development.
- Reviewing and summarizing complex scientific material into clear, accurate and structured content.
- Conducting comprehensive online searches to locate reliable, up-to-date references.
- Meeting weekly production and quality targets while ensuring strong compliance with SOPs and quality guidelines.
- Collaborating with cross-functional and cross-geography teams to maintain consistency and data accuracy.
- Participating in process improvements and contributing to knowledge-sharing.
- Adapting to content and workflow changes as needed.
Eligibility / Qualifications
Candidates should meet the following criteria:
Required Education
- M.Pharm, B.Pharm, D.Pharm
- Additional consideration for candidates with knowledge in drug development, pharma sciences, toxicology, biotechnology or related fields.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of scientific literature and ability to interpret clinical trial data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with content analysis, editing and summarization.
- Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong work ethic and team collaboration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Preferred Skills
- Experience using AI-based tools for research and content generation.
- Basic knowledge of SQL or Python.
- Exposure to scientific databases or clinical research processes.
Location & Salary
- Location: Hyderabad, Telangana (Hybrid working model)
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST
