Responsibilities of the Technical Support Executive

As a Technical Support Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of lab processes and client services. Here are some key responsibilities:

• Client Support: Address technical queries from clients and provide troubleshooting assistance.
• Lab Operations Assistance: Support the research and testing teams in executing molecular diagnostics procedures.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate technical reports for internal and client use.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the R&D and quality control departments to ensure high-quality output.
• Training: Assist in the training of new staff and ensure compliance with lab safety protocols.

Qualification and Skills Required
