Position: Production (Injectables)

Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualifications:
  • BSc./MSc.
  • B. Pharmacy/M. Pharmacy
• Experience: 2 to 5 years in injectable production.

Key Responsibilities

As a part of the Production (Injectables) team, your responsibilities will include:

1. Compounding and Filtration: Preparing products as per batch manufacturing records while maintaining cleanliness in the compounding area.
2. Aseptic Operations: Performing aseptic operations and ensuring strict compliance with protocols.
3. Equipment Management: Handling dry powder filling, vial sealing, autoclave operations, and troubleshooting equipment.
4. Documentation: Maintaining accurate online documentation and coordinating with cross-functional teams (CFT).
5. Operator Expertise: Managing tasks such as cleaning operations, filling operations, and effective material and component handling.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in compounding and aseptic operations.
• Familiarity with lyophilization, bag line operations, and dry powder filling processes.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a solution-oriented approach.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory standards.
