Job Position: Junior Officer – Quality Control
Location: Valia, Gujarat
Experience: 1-2 years
Qualification: BSc (Chemistry)
Key Responsibilities
As a Junior Officer in Quality Control, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting routine and non-routine analysis of raw materials (RM), finished goods (FG), in-process samples, and packing materials.
- Utilizing advanced analytical techniques and instruments such as Karl Fischer titration and High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC).
- Ensuring the standardization and calibration of laboratory instruments.
- Performing critical analysis and troubleshooting of instruments to maintain accuracy and reliability.
- Documenting and reporting test results in compliance with industry standards and company policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: BSc in Chemistry
- Experience: 1-2 years in a relevant field
- Skills: Proficiency in analytical chemistry techniques and instrumentation. Hands-on experience with Karl Fischer titration and HPLC. Familiarity with standardization, calibration, and troubleshooting of laboratory instruments.
- Additional Qualities: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent documentation practices, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
