Postgraduate degrees such as MCA, MSc, M.Com, and MBA are not eligible.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to healthcare providers and insurers for claim and payment follow-ups.
• Investigate and resolve denied or underpaid claims.
• Maintain accurate records of communications and transactions.
• Conduct pre and post-call analysis, documentation, and ensure first-contact resolution.
• Update customer interaction details on a daily basis.
• Achieve performance targets set by the company.
• Identify problems, document business requirements, and provide process improvement ideas.
• Adhere to HCL policy guidelines and client workflow processes.
