Educational Qualification: MSc / M.Tech in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or related fields

R&D Job Role and Responsibilities

• As a part of the upstream R&D team at Hetero Bio Pharma, selected candidates will be involved in the following responsibilities:
• Designing and executing upstream process development strategies using mammalian cell culture systems.
• Handling shake flasks and bioreactors ranging from 1L to 20L for scale-up and process optimization.
• Utilizing ATF (Alternating Tangential Flow) systems to enhance cell culture performance and productivity.
• Supporting technology transfer from development to pilot or commercial GMP facilities.
• Managing and maintaining Master and Working Cell Banks in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring regulatory compliance, safety, and quality.
• Thorough documentation of experiments and data in lab notebooks and reports.
