Are you an experienced Quality Control professional with expertise in HPLC, GC, calibration, and stability testing? Hetero, a leading global pharmaceutical company, is currently looking to expand its Quality Control (QC) department.

Job Location: Jadcherla, Hetero

Experience Required:

• 2-6 years of hands-on experience in Quality Control within the pharmaceutical sector.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or any Life Sciences discipline.

Key Responsibilities

As a Quality Control Professional at Hetero, your responsibilities will include:

1. Handling HPLC and GC: Expert use of HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography) and GC (Gas Chromatography) instruments for analytical testing and quality validation.
2. Stability Testing: Conduct stability studies on pharmaceutical products to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
3. Calibration and Maintenance: Perform calibration of laboratory instruments and ensure that all testing equipment is well-maintained and functioning at optimal levels.
4. Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed QC documentation, adhering to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
5. Desolation and Dissolution: Knowledge of desolation and dissolution testing in drug development processes, ensuring the correct release of active pharmaceutical ingredients.

Skills & Expertise Required

To succeed in this role, the candidate should have the following skills and expertise:

• Proficiency in HPLC, GC, and dissolution testing.
• Familiarity with stability testing processes.
• Strong understanding of GMP guidelines and pharmaceutical regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail.
