- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates (Passed out in 2023, 2024, or 2025)

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and development activities in organic chemistry for drug formulations.
- Perform laboratory experiments, process optimizations, and analytical studies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product development and innovation.
- Document findings, maintain compliance with quality and regulatory guidelines.
- Troubleshoot research-related challenges and enhance process efficiencies.
Skills Required:
