Job Role & Responsibilities
As a Project Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting Project Managers, Project Coordinators, and Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) in managing the administrative and operational aspects of clinical studies. The role demands exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist project teams with administrative coordination for assigned studies.
- Maintain project trackers, contacts, and documentation in CTMS (Clinical Trial Management System).
- Verify and track vendor and site invoices.
- Support reconciliation of project team training against project-specific training matrices.
- Manage and organize study files (eTMF – Electronic Trial Master File).
- File and track email correspondences and regulatory documentation.
- Manage access requests and site-specific system permissions.
- Update enrollment trackers (screened, randomized, screen failed patients).
- Prepare project tracking updates and status reports.
- Assist in tracking site visit reports and close-out documentation.
- Support cross-functional teams with general administrative needs.
This position provides hands-on exposure to clinical operations, data management, regulatory compliance, and trial documentation workflows, offering a solid platform for advancing into higher project management or CRA roles.
Eligibility / Qualifications
Education:
- Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Nursing, or related discipline (B.Sc., M.Sc., B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Tech Biotech)
Experience:
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience in clinical research, CRO, or pharma operations are encouraged to apply.
Skills Required:
