Position Details
Role: Executive/Sr Executive
Department: Quality Control (Biochemical & Plasma PCR Lab)
Location: Plasma Fractionation Centre
Key Responsibilities
- Biochemical Analysis: Perform advanced biochemical testing and ensure accurate results.
- Techniques: Expertise in handling cutting-edge methods such as ELISA, SDS-Page, HPLC, IEF, and Western blot.
- Documentation: Manage method validation and documentation in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Equipment Handling: Operate and maintain sophisticated laboratory instruments for reliable outcomes.
- Protein Estimation: Conduct protein quantification and method validation activities.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualifications:
- MSc/B Tech/M Tech in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or Microbiology.
Experience:
- 2 to 8 years in biochemical analysis, method validation, and documentation.
- Proficiency in ELISA and PCR techniques is essential.
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of protein estimation and validation methods.
- Expertise in operating lab instruments like HPLC and Western blot.
- Sound understanding of laboratory standards and safety protocols.
