Job Role & Responsibilities

Production – Injectable Manufacturing

• Operate and monitor injectable manufacturing processes in compliance with cGMP standards
• Handle sterile operations, aseptic processing, and documentation
• Support batch execution, deviation handling, and process improvements

IPQA – Injectable / OSD

• Perform in-process quality checks during manufacturing and packing
• Review batch manufacturing and packing records
• Ensure adherence to GMP, GDP, and data integrity practices

Quality Control

• Execute analytical testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products
• Perform method validation and stability studies
• Maintain laboratory documentation and audit readiness

OSD Packing – Technician / Operator

• Operate blister, strip, and bottle packing machines
• Ensure line clearance, reconciliation, and compliance with SOPs

Quality Assurance / Compliance

• Manage audits, compliance documentation, and CAPA activities
• Support regulatory inspections and quality system maintenance

Eligibility / Qualifications

Required Education (role-specific):
Diploma in Pharmacy, ITI, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, M.Sc

Experience:

• Technician / Operator: 1–10 years
• Executive / Senior Executive: 6–17 years

Candidates should have prior exposure to regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.

Relevant Courses:
Diploma in Pharmacy, ITI (Fitter/Electrical), B.Pharm, M.Pharm, M.Sc Pharmaceutical Sciences, Industrial Pharmacy

Location & Salary

Job Location: Ahmedabad

Salary will be commensurate with experience, skill level, and current industry standards.
