Job Role & Responsibilities
As a Junior Materiovigilance Associate, the selected candidate will be directly involved in monitoring, evaluating, and managing adverse events associated with medical devices. This role is central to improving patient safety and regulatory compliance across India’s healthcare system.
Key Responsibilities
- Collection, collation, and analysis of adverse events related to medical devices
- Handling post-market surveillance data for medical devices
- Assisting in risk identification, risk assessment, and risk minimization activities
- Supporting quality assurance and regulatory documentation
- Coordinating with healthcare professionals and reporting centers
- Maintaining databases and reports using computer-based systems
- Performing any additional duties assigned by the Competent Authority

Eligibility / Qualifications

Educational Qualification
Graduation or postgraduation in any of the following disciplines: Biomedical Engineering, Clinical Engineering, M.Pharm (Medical Devices), M.Pharm (Pharmacology), M.Pharm (Regulatory Affairs), M.Pharm (Clinical Pharmacy), Master’s in Clinical Pharmacology, Master’s in Regulatory Science
Experience
- Minimum 0 to 1 year of experience
- Experience or exposure in Medical Device Industry, Post Market Surveillance, Medical Devices, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, or Quality Management Systems will be preferred
Age Limit
- Not exceeding 28 years (age relaxation may be considered at the discretion of the Competent Authority)
