Ipca Laboratories Limited is conducting a large walk-in interview to strengthen its Athal and Piparia manufacturing plants located in Silvassa, Dadra and Nagar Haveli. This hiring drive targets experienced pharmaceutical professionals as well as freshers for multiple roles across Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Production, Packing, and Engineering. Job Role & Responsibilities

Ipca is hiring across multiple departments. Roles and responsibilities vary by function and experience level, with a strong focus on quality, compliance, and manufacturing excellence.

Quality Control

• Handling and reviewing analytical documentation
• Performing analysis using HPLC, dissolution, and related instruments
• Supporting routine and stability testing of finished products
• Maintaining documentation as per data integrity and regulatory requirements
• Supporting internal audits and regulatory inspections

Quality Assurance

• Managing QA documentation and review processes
• Handling IPQA and Lab QA (AQA) activities
• Supporting QMS documentation, deviation management, and CAPA
• Coordinating with Production and QC teams to ensure GMP compliance

Production – Tablets & Capsules

• Supervising compression, granulation, and coating operations
• Operating equipment such as Fette, Glatt, Legacy, and Sejong
• Ensuring adherence to SOPs and GMP guidelines
• Monitoring batch manufacturing activities and documentation

Packing

• Supervising and operating packing equipment
• Handling blister, cartoner, and CVC packing lines
• Managing packing documentation and QMS requirements
• Ensuring compliance with packaging quality standards

Apprentices – Production & Packing

• Supporting day-to-day production and packing activities
• Learning GMP practices and documentation requirements
• Assisting senior operators and supervisors

Engineering

• Supporting plant maintenance and utility operations
• Handling electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation activities
• Assisting breakdown maintenance and preventive maintenance

Candidates must meet role-specific educational and experience requirements.

• ITI (Any Trade)

Experience Requirements:

• Quality Control: 2–10 years
• Quality Assurance: 2–10 years
• Production / Packing Technicians & Supervisors: 2–12 years
• Apprentices: Freshers
• Engineering: Freshers and experienced candidates

Candidates with experience in tablet and capsule manufacturing will be preferred. Experience in injectables, soft gelatin, or API will not be considered for QC and QA roles.
