1. Production – Granulation/Compression/Coating

• Designation: Production Officer/Associate
• Qualification: B Pharmacy
• Experience: Freshers
• Location: IPCA Formulation Manufacturing Facility, Sikkim
• Responsibilities:
  • Granulation: Manage the process of mixing and preparing raw materials for tablet manufacturing.
  • Compression: Operate and monitor machinery involved in the compression of granules into tablets.
  • Coating: Handle the coating of tablets with protective or functional layers, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
  • Ensure adherence to cGMP standards and maintain production documentation.
  • Work in collaboration with senior operators to troubleshoot any issues during production.

2. Quality Assurance – IPQA/Lab QA

• Designation: QA Officer
• Qualification: B Pharmacy
• Experience: Freshers
• Location: Sikkim
• Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-process quality assurance (IPQA) checks to ensure adherence to set standards.
  • Oversee lab quality assurance activities, ensuring that testing and documentation are in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Support the production team in ensuring that all processes meet quality control protocols.
