Job Role Overview

Position: QMS Executive / Sr. Officer
Department: Production
Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra
Experience Required: 5 to 7 years
Education: B Pharm / M.Pharm / MBA or equivalent

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and manage Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), Deviations, and Critical Control Points (CCPs).
• Handling and reviewing SOPs, CAPA, Deviations, and CCPs Conducting and coordinating Training programs
• Working knowledge and hands-on experience in EDMS, LMS, and Trackwise
• Strong understanding of System Qualification processes
• Ensuring compliance with quality management standards and regulatory guidelines

Skills and Competencies Required:

 Technical and Soft Skills

• Deep understanding of pharmaceutical quality systems
• Familiarity with compliance standards and audit readiness
• Proficiency in QMS software tools
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
