Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences or related field
- 03+ years of prior relevant experience, including >1 year of project management experience
- Knowledge of clinical trials, regulatory requirements, and therapeutic areas
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Experience in managing project finances and vendor relationships
- Ability to work collaboratively across geographies and cultures
Responsibilities:
- Lead clinical trial delivery and project management activities
- Develop integrated study management plans and objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Manage project risks, finances, and change control processes
- Ensure project quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction
